Consultations
Payment must be made prior to the appointment. When paying by BACS payment must be made at least 24 hours before the consultation commences. A cancellation policy of 24 hours applies in which case the full fee is due.
Training Courses
A deposit of £80 is required to secure a place. The balance is due no later than 3 weeks before the commencement of the course. The deposit will not be refundable once the booking is made. The balance will be refunded if you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the course.
A consultation or course may be cancelled due to extreme or unforeseen circumstances, in which case all fees will be refunded.
